Ordering and Payment

Ready to rent your totes? Here you’ll find answers about how to place an order and payment options, We’ve designed our ordering process to be quick, easy, and totally hassle-free.

Placing an order with Stackaroo Tote Rentals is quick and easy! Simply visit our website, select the number of totes you need, choose your delivery date, and complete your booking online. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, and you’re all set for your move.

We do require a minimal deposit to secure your booking.  Complete your online order, and your booking will be confirmed once payment is processed. 

We have a quick guide to help you determine that; additionally all the packages help you in determining the size of your move and suggests the right quantity on average you might need.

Yes you can.  We do have a custom package that would be perfect to guide you with this.

Delivery and Pick-up (logistics)

This section answers all your questions about how and when your totes will be delivered and picked up.  Our goal is to make the logistics of your move simple and stress-free.

We’ll deliver your totes on the date you select when placing your order. Most deliveries are scheduled within a specific time window, and we’ll confirm the exact timing with you in advance. If your plans change, we’re happy to work with you to adjust the delivery so it fits your move

Life happens, and sometimes moves don’t go exactly as planned — that’s no problem! If your move is delayed, just let us know as soon as possible, and we can  work together to adjust your pickup or delivery schedule. Depending on the length of the delay, there may be options to extend your rental so you have the totes for as long as you need.

We prefer that someone is home when the totes are delivered; however, this may depend on your specific delivery location and instructions. Our goal is to ensure your totes are placed safely, either inside or in a garage, protected from the elements. For pickup, we ask that you place the totes outside in a safe location, as our team will not be entering your home to retrieve them.

Our Stackaroo totes are designed to hold a variety of household or office items safely and efficiently. Each tote measures 27”L  x 17”W x 13”H] and can hold up to 66lbs. The number of totes you’ll need depends on the size of your move — for a small apartment, a few totes may be enough, while a larger home or office may require a larger order. If you’re unsure, the packages will help guide you  estimate the right quantity based on the number and type of items you’re moving.

Absolutely! We deliver to homes, apartments, condos, and office buildings. If your building has specific delivery rules or access restrictions, just let us know when placing your order so we can plan accordingly and ensure a smooth delivery and pickup.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order, including your delivery date and any special instructions. A few days before your move, we’ll touch base to confirm the delivery and pickup schedule. From there, all you need to do is get ready for your move — we’ll handle the rest!

Rental Terms

Here you’ll find answers to rental our timelines and rental policy.   From how long you can keep your totes to what happens if a tote is lost or damaged. 

In order to book your totes, we require full payment upfront upon booking.  We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, and E-Transfer.  When you place your order and have chosen credit as your method of payment, it holds on your credit card while we are double checking your order.  

  Most people tend to need our totes 1-2 weeks to park prior to their moving date.  After moving determine how long will you need to unpack, most people take 1-2 weeks as well.  Book your package based on how long you would need to park prior and once you move how long you would need to unpack.  On average it ranges from 2-3 weeks total.

The minimum order is 15 totes

We ask for at least 24hours notice.  Best advice is the soon you know your moving date, book your totes with us so you don’t miss out.

We currently provide delivery and pickup services throughout Durham Region and the surrounding areas, including Markham, the City of Toronto, and communities further east, up to and including Port Hope and Peterborough. Yes! Stackaroo Tote Rentals provides moving tote rentals for both residential and commercial moves. Whether you’re relocating a home, apartment, or office, we can supply the right number of totes and coordinate delivery and pickup to make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Absolutely! All of our Stackaroo totes are thoroughly cleaned  with a eco-friendly cleaner and sanitized between each rental. We take hygiene seriously to ensure your items are stored safely and your move is as clean and worry-free as possible.
